How do you cope with a rough day? Perhaps some comfort food? On this edition of B-Side we’re talking about food and coping.

First: B-Side’s Tamara Keith cooks up a pot of her mom’s vegetarian lentil soup and explores food and our relationship to food.

Elizabeth Chur

IMG_2032Elizabeth Chur is a writer and radio producer living in San Francisco.  With Sandy Tolan and the UC-Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, she co-produced “Reports from a Warming Planet,” which won a 2006 George Polk Award. She is a graduate of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and Oberlin College. Elizabeth loves hiking, dancing, and jazz. She has a special talent for sleeping on airport floors and granite boulders.
